Life of a dog Posted at 11:13 PM 0 comments (+) Haven't had the time to update lately because I'd been trying very hard to catch up on my truckloads of overdue homework, and my weekends had been busy!

On Friday, went out the whole day to celebrate Acer's 18th birthday, yesterday, went for floorball CIP @ Ballet Under The Stars and only reached home past midnight. There was also tuition this morning which I was largely half-conscious and trying to make sense of everyth my teacher is saying.

Okay anyw, our initial plan was to catch Inception, then head to Universal Studios after-hours. But we weren't in time to for it (because somebody was late, guess who) so we went to eat ice cream buffet at Swensen's @ ION instead. There was a 1-for-1 treat for Popular card members, so it's about $11 per person. For me it wasn't worth it, because I was stuffed after just 2 rounds of all those sweet things.

They have a chocolate fondue (mad love!), lots of different flavours of ice cream and toppings, waffles and cakes and everyth sweet. I felt sick after eating just a bit but Acer kept eating until he couldn't walk properly afterward LOL, no joke.

After that, we headed to Vivo to find that tickets for Universal Studios were sold out. Felt really disappointed because I was hoping to go and take some nice photos. So anyw, walked around trying to find nice clothes for him then gave up (haha) and took 97 back to JE and to a coffee shop for dinner that's near the one we used to eat at. Cheap and nice coffee shop food ftw!

It was a supposed special but turned ordinary evening like any other day which I felt slightly disappointed about but am glad that we both had a good time :)

Yesterday was spent doing CIP @ Fort Canning Park. Wasn't really considered a CCA CIP because only 5 of us turned up. Anyw, the job was super slack and uninteresting, and the ballet perfomances got boring after awhile because I am an uncultured sportswoman who cannot appreciate the arts -.-



Anyw, we were part of the production crew. And it involves bringing down groups of dancers to the stage area and keep them in their dressing rooms.Nothing much to really say other than some of them are really uncooperative. Our jobs were done by around 7pm, and we munched on our burgers from BK and relaxed.

After that, Wenyi and I went to help out at the merchandise booth, mostly just helping kids to apply glitter tatoo. Got a few for myself too. But I had to scrub my hand until it turned red in order to get all the glitter off. Not going to play with glitter again!

Went to eat supper with Wenyi at JP and only reached home near 12.30am. Quite an experience but was really tired, which explains why I kept dozing off during tuition today.



This is an abrupt end but whatever, I need to turn in already before I am half-conscious for school tmr too. Hope it's a good week even though I have more reasons to detest the arrival of Mondays, what with GP remedial and floorball PT, even after having to go through chem paper tmr. WTF my life sucks.
