Floorball PT 4th Oct:
1. Warm-up: 6 rounds
2. 5 sets 100m sprints
3. 3 sets 20 inclined pull-ups
4. 5 sets 400m sprints
5. Lunges
6. 3 sets 15 push-ups
7. Suicide run
8. Cool down: 3 rounds

能活着回来的感觉真好.

本来很想写一些事, 可是今天真的是累到不行.
好久没有这种拼命挣扎着呼吸的感觉. 好久没有觉得自己还那么活生生的存在着.

没想到我还活着!

改天吧.
