Give someone a book for a present, especially someone who loves to read. Find her a book you've read before and loved, because there was a lesson to be learned, or simply because it was interesting. Find her a book you think she'd love, because she seeks solace in the world built within the lines of each page and this seemed like the kind of world she would like to have a short stay in. Find her a book you have always wanted to read but never got around to it, ask her if she thought it was good, ask her who her favourite characters are.

Give someone who loves to read a book for a present, especially if it means something for you. She would read it and wonder which are the parts that made this book your favourite, and if you liked the ending because she didn't. She would read it and wonder what you thought and what it means of you as a person, and if your heart ached too like hers did when the quietly kind one in the story gets hurt.

I think it's beautiful if a person would take the time to think about what kind of storyline you would like.

"The war in my body is this; I'm always trying to be a hard person and a soft person at the same time. My soul doesn't know which one to be."

This life is nothing but a short, painful dream.
